Your Garden hosted by Annie!

      1. Do you have a garden indoors or outdoors?     I  do not  have a very green thumb..  Although I am having  good success with my  philodendron I    started  back in the late winter.
But  our  garden is outside.  We moved into our home in 1988 when our daughter was 3.   So most things are very mature! We have raised garden by the  garbage  right behind our home.It looks pretty bad now after the  days of heat and then the    harsh rain..  so I will share  some older photos!                                                 full summer and fall

                                                              front  side yard

One of my favs

It took me forever to  find and   upload  these photos..   I  had  some  really lovely one  but they  would  do right!!!

2. Have you visited Longwood Gardens or any of the large gardens and horticultural sites around the world or your state? Tell us about it. Well, the gardens of Williamsburg  are amazing.  There is a lovely  horticultural center  near Boston that we visit    in the spring if we are  in the area!   Of course, the focus then is  spring flowers..  absolutely magical. But they also have     green houses  of  tropical  plants  that are  so gorgeous.

3.  Most people really enjoy a little garden but I think we sometimes make too many excuses not to do things we really would enjoy.  Too busy, not enough space, etc.   But if we put our minds to it, anything is possible  Do you believe that?Well, after looking  at  all  the  gorgeous  gardens  my dear hubby has  created and tended..  for  it mainly has been him,,  doing  my will.   I asked him if he felt a slave to the Ardens and he  said no not all He enjoys  bringing beautiful to the yard.  I am so grateful!

 4. Ideally, what flowers, shrubs and trees do you want in your little garden real or imagined?  I have all I could possible want!
