Skywatch Friday
On our fourth day in Scotland we awakened in a Scottish castle almost over looking the Isle of Skye. A very short ride brought us to the Bridge to Skye and we were on the Isle!
The further we drove the more beautiful the day! We were on our way past Portree to meet our kids at the Old Man of Storr! Immediately, the landscape as far as you could see was magnificent! The sky was beginning to open up to reveal its glory!
Mountains began to crowd in around us!
This photo was taken by my daughter who had climbed up with her family! We were parked down below!
From our vantage point parked below we could see these views… looking upward…
And then there it was.. looming up above.. the Old Man of Storr.. miles yet away!
