Let’s just praise the Lord
Praise the lord,
Let's just lift our hearts toward heaven
and praise the Lord.
After I spend time praising God I most often enter into a peaceful sense of being that can see me through my day.
Another way is to gather peace about you like a cosy blanket: this can be achieved by doing this early in the morning, perhaps with you tea or coffee! Take some time to purposely be peaceful no matter what is going on in your day!
…by prayer
- thanking God for one thing that comes to mind
- being thankful for the first person in you life that comes to your mind
- deciding to give one worry over to God. He can hold it and because we are so incredibly loved by Him, go ahead and imagine Him enfolding you in His arms in that moment. Then you can face the day assured you are not alone. Peace will encompass you and your paths will be straight!
