981.  Well, I am beginning week 4 of shingles, a very painful and miserable condition.. I thank you, Lord, for bringing me to and through this.  It has been a time of suffering and great set back. And I confess .i have negotiated the waters of depression, But, I understand you in new ways because of my low position and suffering.  And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.

1 Peter 5:10 | NIV.  My help, comfort, and hope is ALL from you, Lord!

982.  I am thankful that God empowered me to be able to host my prayer group here today. Even though we had torrential storms, we still had 4 of us in concerted prayer over our nation, the world and our locality. It was a great time before the Lord!

983. I am thankful for an end to the impeachment that I do agree was an unfair political ploy that divided the country and spent billions  of taxpayers money for NOTHING,

984.  I am thankful for the delightful thinking of you card I received yesterday from my Sunday School class, as well, as one from my dear friend, Dot! So much encouragement expressed,I am truly blessed!

985.I thank you , Lord, for the thunder we had today, and that the rains have stopped, I love thunder and haven’t heard it in a few years.  I had missed it, I used to love to lay on my bed as a youngster and enjoy the thunder on summer afternoons. We really haven’t had any in some time.  I pray no one is dealing with flood issues today.

911.I am so thankful  for the Lord's leading me...  I now know that I have a sinus infection  and needed an antibiotic,,  so  I was allowed to get a UTI so I would go to the doctor to get an antibiotic!  God is sooooooooooooo good to me!!!

912. I am thankful for the continued  small  rain  events we have had this week...  I wouldn't mind  weather like this all summer... It keeps the air  more temperate and  waters the flowers, too!

913.  Mmm,mmm I am thankful for the delicious cup of coffee  Hubs just put down in front of me..  The aroma  is tantalizing and the  robust taste makes my mouth sing!!! 

   

914.  Another way that  the Lord led me this week  is  last week  I had signed up  to go to  a  luncheon at church today, and for some reason  on Sunday I  had the feeling or idea,whatever you want to call it, that I simply  didn't  know if I really wanted to go to this or not...SO I  quickly removed my name from the list.. thankfully, just in time  before they had  ordered the food for the luncheon.. If I hadn't  cancelled  on Monday morning,   I would be getting dressed right now  to go  and be there by 11:00.  After this  rocky  week  with  sinus infection and UTI  I am thrilled to be sitting here drinking my coffee in my  jams counting my blessings  and  just letting the day go!!!

915.  I am  thankful  for my dear Hubs who I just realized is  frying up some  sausage for our breakfast!!I am  the most fortunate person I know!!!

906.  God is so good...  I am thankful   for the change in the weather,,  we had  several days of refreshing and easy rainfall...  no flooding  or  seeping...even though we did get several inches in a few days..Thank you,  Father.

Hubs got to install the weather measuring  apparatus on the roof of the garage   this week!

907. Thank you, Lord, for the opportunity to  visit  Crystal Spring several times already this month,  a delightful fellowship of believers  who are so welcoming, and   the  pastor is  so down to earth and friendly, even though he is, also,greatly dynamic  Doctor of Divinity. He has a real servants heart. I am beginning to feel rather at home there!
         
908.  Thank you,Father,  for  healing my inner eye  so well that I truly believe that when I do to the surgeon tomorrow for my biopsy, he will say,  there is nothing to  bi-op! I have certainly had many, many prayers for healing, and  Hubs, nor I, see anything there any more...!

                 
                   

909.  Today was an amazing day  of prayer with our SOS group.  We had a full house and  everyone had such a precious time together, no one wanted to leave... thank you , that Hubs  was able to  take part even though  this afternoon his cold has  manifest and he is feeling terrible...  Have mercy on him, Lord..  May this    cold be short lived and  may he be  back to himself  very soon!!


910. Father, thank you that when I called the allergy/ sinus doctor this morning  he had an appointment for me early next week.. May this  sinus problem  respond to the Zyrtec and become a non issue  when I see him about  starting up my allergy shots again now that I am off a beta blocker.

876.  So much for which to be thankful... including my dear husband.. He  has been working so hard lately  just trying to please me, I think...  doing    yardwork and items around the house..  finalizing odds and ends that  haven't been  done in quite a while..

I  really only want him to take good care of himself!

877.   Our daughter and  grand daugthers are such a joy to us..  those  girls change so much. so quickly,,

the older I get, the harder it seems to be so separated  from them  living 7 states apart.

878. For the small little blessings I see all the time..  God's gifts ....    especially in my  over all health, ability, and renewing strength.  But  even  small things like    walking around the corner of the house to see a   beautiful blue bird   before it suddenly takes flight, or a bunny  by the flowers!

879.  Thankful that Hubs family is closer than ever before...  I mean his cousins..  All of his  primary  family  ( Parents and siblings passed  over 25 years   ago.Wow, hard to beleive,  but yes it was  almost 30 years.)  But once his older  cousin moved back to the area,- a girl, she was instrumental in getting all the girls  and their spouses together..  Yes, Hubs is the only man,  but he loves them and we meet once a month  for dinner out..  We will meet this weekend!   

880. I am thankful for all kinds of music.  LIke right now I am listening to Pandora, my Anuna station... I absolutely love the  rather new age/ celtic sound of it..  It always puts me in a calm and relaxed mood.. 

881.  I love  the  milder  even cooler weather we are  experiencing  these days...  even with rain in the forecast tomorrow...  I  love it when summer takes its time in coming and we enjoy  these wonderful days of spring!

882.  I absolutely love when sweetie Hubs  takes me by surprise and we stop      by Dairy Queen..

He knows what I like!!

872.  We cannot help to see  so much in our physical world  for which to be thankful...  for even nature cries out glory to God.

“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard. Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.” (Psalm 19:1-4)

873.Glory and praises to God for his handiwork in spring!

The flower marts are laden with treasures  from the soil!

“You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.” (Isaiah 55:12)

874.   I am so thankful for the  beasts of the field who give freely of their gifts  that life may be  completely enriched and with nourishment and peace!

875. I am extraordinarily thankful for the love of God who sent His only begotten Son to live and die on earth as the spotless sacrifice. atonement for the sins of the world.

I have believed He was who He said he was,  that He died and rose again and  is now seated in heavenly places.  I have  spoken with my mouth that "He is Lord, "and 

I am redeemed!!

866.  I am so thankful for my dear husband, Lynn, of 47 years... although this will be our 52 Valentine's Day.  When God brought us together, it was His way of blessing me  for all the days of my life  with a godly  partner who  loves me unconditionally,  treats me so lovingly,  takes care of me, and   has been such a  wonderful husband  to me and father to our daughter...  the greatest Baa Baa to our grand daughters... 

God bless him mightily!!!

867.  I am thankful for my  wonderful family   who   all exhibit  great faith and love of God,  our daughter and son in law who are raising our precious grands  to  love Jesus and    who are growing into  amazing girls who  I know will impact their world for good and with  grace..

Dear Lord,  bless them all the days of their lives!!!

868.  I am so thankful for our home...   and for the  wonderful season of  corporate prayer you have called us to   as we host  prayer groups here...  I  feel our home is  blessed by the many  wonderful prayers   rising up to  heaven from these walls.. Thank you, Father!!!

869.  I am  extremely thankful for our President who has  shown by his  amazing deeds, and his love for God that he is a man of God who  has  brought God's Word, prayer, and even praise songs to  the White House.. 

Psalm 33: 12 Blessed Is The Nation Whose God is the LORD.

870.  I am so thankful for how  God in His loving kindness and mercy has arranged the  many    critical  elements of my life in the last weeks..    So many things  were  piling up on me,, (cataract surgery including  glaucoma and  astigmatism correction, mammogram,  colonoscopy, and  the  time for me to start using chemotherapy cream on my new  nose skin graphs to  eradicate the formation of  further cancer cells   from the sun exposure on my fair complexion  all these years...  )  all these things converged on my life all at once, and    one by one God has  worked out my schedule so that I have not been over whelmed and even though things concerned me so much...they have been  deflated to mere nuisances.  He has made me an overcomer in all these    things that otherwise would have thrown me off course.

Praise you,  Father, God!

871.  I  am so thankful for  extended family.. my precious cousin, Pam,  called me today....  just at the perfect moment..  just to hear her sweet voice is a healing balm to my  soul and spirit...  and to hear  she will be coming for a visit in the next few weeks  is a huge blessing!!!

For all of these and many  undocumented blessings I am   feeling  on top of the world at this moment and    can press on knowing that  God is with me every step of the way!!!  Praise God!!!
