Yesterday I called my dear cousin knowing that he had been having serious heart issues.. But I never expected for him to answer me on his cell phone in the hospital.. awaiting a heart procedure on Monday morning. He had just left a message about himself on my phone hours before telling me his Oblation didn't work and he was scheduled for a another different procedure to be done the end of next week. He told me that suddenly his pulse went extremely high and he was rushed 100 miles to a hospital in Winston-Salem. This cousin is like a brother to me... and I know that he has had a huge group of folks praying for him, but it just seemed that the Lord was taking him through so many valleys and trials with his heart over the last several years! I could tell that our conversation was taking a toll on him, so I ended it by praying and I was led to pray for the Lord to heal him, if it was His will or we were turning him over to God for His best result by what ever means available.. I haven't spoken to him today, but I just saw that his daughter and granddaughter are on their way to Winston to pick him up and bring him home.His heart is so much better they cancelled any further procedures. God is still in the business of hearing our prayers and answering in his good time and manner! Praise the Lord He is faithful!!
