Skywatch

Here we are   riding the ScotRail  on our trek to Mallaig, but our purpose is to  ride across the  Glen Finnan  Viaduct.  A cloudy day just made our  trip that much more  beautiful..that is  our grand daughter and son in law..

But before we get there,  enjoy the view

Here we  go  as  the train curves around and we start across the  bridge.
There  were  majestic mountains  and  lakes  along  the   rail..  so gorgeous..   but the sky added    a feeling of  mystery!

I am really glad we had  all kinds of  weather on our trip..  but, most of the rest of the days  were  sunny and bright!!!

Some Full Moons

                      Visit  our host at Skyley

I have heard that there will be a rare  Harvest Moon tonight and tomorrow  that isnt to be missed, however,  with  completely overcast skies  tonight and  forecast to tomorrow,  I'm afraid we will miss  them both!!  So I  am putting a few older  full moon photos up to share!

This was a Full Snow Super moon  from February  a few years ago!

Here is a super moon the next year 2016.. during November. it was a Beaver Moon

A January Wolf moon got caught in the branches!

I  will keep a look out, but I don't think we'll enjoy  the  Friday the 13th moon tonight!
