The word harmony means
agreement; accord; harmonious relations.
or
a consistent, orderly, or pleasing arrangement of parts;
congruity.. or to meet together seeing the likeness in one another and not the difference...
My question in regard to this topic is how did we as a people become so incongruent... so disharmonious... our community of peoples have become as of clanging, discordant, disagreeable, incompatible cacophony of clashing dissonance.

lack of agreement; especially : inconsistency between the beliefs one holds or between one's actions and one's beliefs
and
a mingling of discordant sounds; especially : a clashing or unresolved musical interval or chord.
I do not necessarily believe in the political correctness of tolerance, because clearly since the word "tolerance" began being used to attempt to foster congruency, it has suffered wrongly in our society. In order for the word "tolerance" to be harmonious it has to work both ways... and it does not! I prefer the old fashioned words of respect, love, courtesy, because these hit directly to a particular character trait that when is expressed one to another fosters a harmonious melody that soothes the weary climate of our society instead of the disquieting, radical, hatred only fosters divisions that seems to be flourishing in communities across our land!
My soul is crying out for harmony among peoples.... based on love, respect, and courtesy..that builds bridges of community and peace .. let us live together in harmony!
