1. January 25th is National Opposites Day. 'They' say opposites
attract...do you agree, and if so is that a good thing? Or do
you subscribe more to a 'birds of a feather' philosophy? I ascribe to
opposites attract for sure, Hubs and I are definitely opposite He is left brained and I am right. He is fussy about everything and I am satisfied with if it looks ok. He is not too adventurous and happy to stay home, If it weren't for me we'd never go anywhere or do anything! I think we were meant to be together!
2. Something you're glad to have behind you? Something you're
glad is ahead of you? I am so glad to have my gall bladder
ordeal behind me, and my Scotland trip ahead of me!
3. Your favorite hot food? Chinese, Cold food? Chicken salad,
Are you a fan of breakfast for dinner? Breakfast is a favorite
meal so yeah, bring it on anytime of the day or night!
4. Are you someone who always arrives to appointments
/events early or do you tend to run late? I am always early
or on time. Last thing you were late for? I truly cant think of a
time!
5. "What good is the warmth of summer without the cold
of winter to give it sweetness?" John Steinbeck....Your
thoughts? Well, I actually despise the warmth of summer if
it is a prolonged heat wave with humidity, so I long for the respite
of cool weather, I even like the cold of winter to offset the arid
days of August. I enjoy spring and autumn best!
6. Insert your own random thought here. I think the very best
thing about our hoped for trip to Scotland is that we are
going with our daughter's family and the grand girls. I, so, look for-
ward to seeing them explore castles, and enjoy the trad music in a pub,
or the highland dancing at the games. To enjoy these firsts, because
living so far apart we missed their firsts growing up!!
