♥♥On my mind♥♥

I am usedfto returning home from the beach after  Thanksgiving week, at which time I was all set to  start decorating for Christmas...I am having to set my teeth against  getting the boxes out!!!  Maybe if I just start with the Christmas music,   that will be enough!

♥♥On the breakfast plate♥♥
Cup of coffee and fruited yogurt, as usual!

♥♥On my reading pile♥♥

In His Image, Jen Wilken.
Wonderful book, so well written..  almost poetic!

We are  reading and discussing this book  weekly  for  Women's Bible Study...Love the book...  I may start a  fiction book this week, too!

♥♥Looking around the house♥♥

I am glad we straightened up the house before we left..  Now  all we need to do is  find the place where all this vacation stuff came from!!

♥♥New recipe I tried last week, or one that we really enjoyed♥
Nothing today

♥♥Something I want to share♥♥
I really enjoyed  our trip  for several reasons...
On Sunday  I got a wonderful visit in with my  sweet cousin, Cindy, whom I hadnt seen for 16 years...

She lives in Myrtle Beach and has such a busy and  wonderful life there,  I feel blessed to have a chance to fit her into our day!!!

The  sunrises  at the beach are so glorious!!!  I can't wait to paint this one!!!

This was the first time we had ever  vacationed with  friends.. Our dearest friends at church ...  It was so  great  we each had our own place  and traveling back and forth was a real treat!!!

Here we were showing off for our pastor  who loves Blue Bell Ice Cream...  We   were  enjoying it, too, on our  apple  pizza!!!

♥♥On my prayer list♥♥

  1. Hello Friend
Looks like it was a wonderful trip. And I think your watercolors look great!! I can't get myself to decorate for Christmas until after Thanksgiving but I absolutely get into the music and planning now! 😉 Loved the cozy vlog. Looked like a perfect day to me ❤️ Have a blessed week. xo

  2. Glad you had a great trip. I've been trying to do watercolor too, not so simple! and beach and water are the hardest of all. I think yours look great. I might be starting Christmas this week... as long as we stay home might as well have the 'cozy' soft feeling of Christmas. Have a great week
