    Hi Schotzy...I tried to leave a comment on your tablescape but it wouldn't let me...anyway, I LOVED my train ride...just today my DH & I were discussing the "inevitable" and this beautiful slideshow certainly does describe our ride through this life perfectly...Now on to the recipe (yum!) and your so inviting tablescape...I think it is so precious of you to go that extra step or two for your loved one and make a meal together SPECIAL...it does look delicious for the eyes & the tummy...GREAT job! ;-) Bo
